Symetrix Prism AVoIP DSP Processor
Prism is Symetrix's fixed-architecture DSP for rooms where the channel count is known at design time and the budget should not pay for capacity nobody uses. Four models cover the common shapes, 4x4, 8x8, 12x12, and 16x16 mic/line in and line out, all on Symetrix preamps, with a front-panel LCD for status at the rack.
Each model can take an optional 64x64 channel Dante module, which is what turns a standalone box into a node on a networked system that can reach third-party components. Analog counts grow with xIO expanders rather than a second DSP. Control is deliberately broad: an embedded web server handles remote metering, diagnostics, and configurable ARC-WEB browser control, and the unit also answers to SymVue on Windows, T-Series touchscreens, Control Server, ARC and W-Series remotes, and plain TCP or UDP. Third-party integration runs through Intelligent Modules with Lua scripting. The 4x4 and 8x8 can be powered over PoE+; larger models use an external supply.
