Symetrix Control Server
Control Server turns a Symetrix DSP system into something any browser can drive. It hosts the control screens you author in SymVue and serves them to computers, tablets and phones, with browser-based administration for user accounts, access rights and app licences, so a venue can hand the bar staff one screen and the technical director another without installing anything on either device.
Connectivity works both ways: a Gigabit Ethernet port puts it on the house network and talks to the DSP hardware, and in wireless mode the unit acts as its own secure access point for mobile devices. The Multi-touch Mixer app supports up to 32 faders and mutes with custom labels, colours, ranges and units plus triggers for 16 presets, and the Event Scheduler automates routing, source and level changes by time of day. Five licences each of the Mixer and SymVue apps are included, and more can be added.
