Universal Audio UAD-2 Satellite Thunderbolt 3 DSP Accelerator

UAD-2 Satellite Thunderbolt 3 is a DSP accelerator, not an interface: it adds SHARC processors to a session so UAD plug-ins run on dedicated hardware instead of the host CPU. QUAD Core carries four processors and OCTO Core eight, which is the difference between finishing a mix and running out of headroom on the master bus.

It works alongside other UAD-2 devices, including PCIe cards and Thunderbolt Apollo interfaces, so DSP pools across the rig. The included Analog Classics Plus bundle gets you working immediately, with the wider library of Ampex, Lexicon, Helios, Studer, Neve, Manley, Capitol Studios and API titles available on top.
