G&G Technologies sales terms and conditions.
All sales are final
Because every unit is new and sealed, all sales are final. The reasoning is simple: manufacturers don't let dealers return product just because a customer changed their mind. So when a dealer accepts open-box returns, that merchandise typically gets repacked and sold again as new. We'd rather not do that to anyone.
Call us before you order - we're glad to talk through specs so you buy with confidence the first time.
Our commitment to you
Every product we ship is brand new and factory sealed. We never sell opened, returned, or repackaged merchandise unless clearly stated otherwise.
Deposits
Some orders require a deposit. We'll tell you up front how long shipping should take. Cancel within that window and we retain 5% to cover our costs; if the product takes longer than quoted, you can cancel at no charge.
Warranty
Every product carries the full manufacturer's warranty - typically one year parts and labor, with exact terms included in the box.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, ACH, and wire transfer. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Shipping
Orders of $150 or more ship free within the continental US. Below $150, shipping is a flat $25. Hawaii, Alaska, and all other locations are quoted separately.
