MuxLab 500300 CATV Hub - 8 Ports, 110V
The 500300 takes a terrestrial broadband RF video feed and distributes it to eight receivers over Cat5 unshielded twisted pair instead of coax. Bandwidth is 900 MHz and a built-in RF amplifier compensates for the split, with bi-directional transmission for cable modem return paths.
It works with MuxLab's passive CATV Balun (500302) or the Shielded CATV Balun (500306) at each outlet, so a building already wired for structured cabling can carry RF video without pulling new coax. Centralising the distribution also makes moves, adds, and changes a patch-panel job.
