MuxLab 500302 CATV Balun II
The 500302 replaces a 75-ohm coax drop with a single pair of Cat5 UTP for CATV, VHF, and FM signals. Bandwidth reaches 900 MHz with low insertion loss, which covers the analog channel plan, digital cable, and broadband internet return traffic.
Used in pairs, it lets RF equipment terminate on any convenient modular wall outlet in a structured cabling system, so a set-top box or cable modem can be moved without pulling new coax. The body is small enough to sit alongside an RF splitter. The 2-Pack ships both ends of one link.
