MuxLab 500436 HDMI to HDMI with Audio Extraction, 4K/60

The 500436 passes one HDMI 2.0 source through to a display at up to 4K at 60Hz with 8-bit color, while breaking the audio out to a S/PDIF TosLink port and a 2-channel analog port. That feeds a soundbar or amplifier that has no HDMI input.

The HDMI path carries LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS, DTS-HD Master Audio, and DTS:X. What reaches the optical output depends on the source stream. The unit is HDCP compliant so protected content still plays.
