The Blackmagic StudioBridge 100G bridges 100G Ethernet from cameras into redundant SMPTE 2022-7 100G Ethernet systems. It is a bi-directional SMPTE-2110 converter with redundant 100G Ethernet on the network side and two 100G Ethernet camera connections, so a pair of cameras reaches the core network on a resilient dual path. Each 100G pair carries one 100G URSA Cine, or two URSA Cine Immersive bodies.

Alongside the 100G ports it has two 10G SFP optical fiber connections and two 10G RJ45 connections, each pair handling up to eight Ultra HD or HD senders and receivers, plus a 1G RJ45 for NMOS control, configuration and software updates. Sixteen channels of embedded audio ride each 2110 IP video stream. A built in 2.2 inch color display with a three button panel and spin knob handles source and destination setup at the front of the unit, and two internal 100 to 240V supplies feed it through a pair of IEC C14 sockets.
