Blackmagic DeckLink IP 100G
The DeckLink IP 100G is a PCIe capture and playback card that connects a workstation to a SMPTE-2110 IP video network instead of traditional SDI. It handles up to eight channels of Ultra HD video with simultaneous capture and playback, so a single card can ingest and play out several signals at once for IP-based production, playout, and post workflows. Two 100G QSFP28 optical fiber Ethernet ports provide full redundancy across the network.
The card supports the SMPTE-2110 standards suite: 2110-20 uncompressed video, 2110-21 traffic shaping, 2110-30 audio, and 2110-40 ancillary data, across all SD, HD, and Ultra HD standards up to 2160p60. It captures and plays formats including Apple ProRes, DNxHD, and 10-bit uncompressed, and adds GPU Direct RDMA for ultralow latency transfers to the GPU. It fits a PCI Express 8 lane generation 4 slot, draws 50W over a 6-pin auxiliary connector, and includes DaVinci Resolve. Blackmagic part number BMD-BDLKIPHIP/100G.
