Vaddio EasyUSB MicPOD I/O with Four CeilingMICs

This is the EasyUSB MicPOD I/O interface supplied with four CeilingMIC overhead microphones, which is the usual shape of a boardroom where the table has to stay clear. Each CeilingMIC is a 2.5 in (6.3 cm) capsule through the tile on a 15 ft (4.6 m) drop cable with its interface box above the ceiling; each of those runs back to the MicPOD I/O over up to 100 ft (30 m) of cable. Four microphones covers a long table without leaving any talker outside the 12 ft effective range of the nearest element.

The MicPOD I/O runs the echo cancellation against a line-level balanced reference from the room's program audio and presents the result to the host. Microphone response is 100 Hz to 16 kHz with THD plus noise under 0.02% and better than 90 dB of dynamic range; the interface itself runs 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The interface is 8.38 in wide, 6.0 in deep and 1.72 in high and draws up to 40 W.
