Vaddio EasyUSB Mixer/Amp Audio Mixer and Amplifier
The EasyUSB Mixer/Amp is the master audio device for a USB conferencing room with one or two microphones. It mixes the microphones, runs acoustic echo cancellation, drives the room speakers, and presents the whole thing to the computer as a single USB audio device using standard UAC drivers, so the PC finds it without a driver install and the conferencing application sees one microphone and one speaker instead of a rack of gear.
Line-level inputs and outputs let it sit alongside other AV equipment, including a videoconferencing codec, rather than replacing it. It works with Vaddio's EasyMic microphones, including CeilingMIC and TableMIC, and is not compatible with EasyIP products. An RS-232 port takes third-party control at 38400 or 9600 bps, 8 data bits, no parity, one stop bit, no flow control, selected by DIP switch. The chassis is 8.38 in wide and 1.72 in high.
