Telex PS-4001 Power Supply

The PS-4001 is a four-channel 2.0-amp switching power supply for RTS 4000-series wired intercom. It feeds up to four party-line channels from one half-rack box, with auto load distribution and per-channel fault detection so a short on one line does not take down the rest of the system. It can run balanced or switch to unbalanced operation to stay fully Clear-Com compatible.

It puts out 24 VDC on four XLR-3 male connectors plus a D-15 for expansion, and accepts universal AC input. IAR instantaneous auto reset restores a tripped channel on its own, and green and red status LEDs show normal operation or an overload at a glance. The supply runs standalone or paired with an ES-4000A expansion station.
