Telex SPK-2000 Self-Powered Loudspeaker
The SPK-2000 is a self-powered loudspeaker that gives an RTS/Telex user station an audible, hands-free monitor without headphones. It draws directly from the speaker output of a base or expander station and drives its own 5-watt amplifier, so a user can hear the intercom across a desk or console position.
It can reproduce up to two channels of combined intercom audio, or a mono base mix blended with a local program source such as background music or a playback feed. At a half-rack wide by 1 rack unit high it sits on a desktop or mounts in a rack with optional Audiocom hardware, pairing naturally with US-2002 and SS-2002 user stations.
