Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K

The Intensity Pro 4K is a PCI Express capture and playback card that brings broadcast video connections to a desktop workstation. It has a single HDMI Type A input and output for digital sources, plus analog input and output that handle component, composite or S-Video. That mix lets an editor digitize footage from HDMI cameras and set-top boxes as well as older analog decks and camcorders on the same card.

The card installs in a four-lane PCI Express slot and is compatible with 4, 8 and 16-lane slots, so it fits most tower workstations. It works with DaVinci Resolve and other editing software for capture, monitoring and playback across SD, HD and Ultra HD. Analog and HDMI paths make it a practical bridge between legacy tape and modern file-based workflows.
