Blackmagic ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD
The ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD is the largest switcher in the Constellation family, doubling the resources of the 2 M/E model. It takes 40 3G-SDI inputs, each with a frame rate and format converter so mismatched sources drop straight in, and provides 24 3G-SDI outputs. With 16 ATEM Advanced Keyers, four DVEs and two SuperSource processors, the total DVE count reaches twelve, which is enough to run four independent mix effects rows with heavy layering across a big broadcast or house-of-worship production.
Four multiviews let operators watch every source and output at once, and a built-in Fairlight audio mixer with EQ and dynamics plus talkback keeps sound in the same box as the pictures. The switcher works with the optional ATEM 4 M/E Advanced Panel 40 for hands-on control and ships as Blackmagic part number BMD-SWATEMSCN2/1ME4/HD.
