Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2

The ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 packs a broadcast-style control surface into a compact desktop switcher. It has 8 standards-converted HDMI type A inputs and 3 independently assignable HDMI outputs, all working in 10-bit HD up to 1080p60, plus a built-in media player, DVE, chroma key and a hardware streaming engine. Every one of the 8 inputs can be recorded as its own ISO file, and the switcher also writes a DaVinci Resolve project so the whole live show reopens later for editing, remixing and color.

Recording lands on the internal CFexpress Type B slot or on external drives over the two USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 ports, capturing the 8 HDMI ISOs as H.264 .mp4 files up to 70 Mb/s with AAC audio. Connections run deep for a unit this size: two XLR combo audio inputs with 48V phantom power, a 32-channel MADI input, 1G and 10G Ethernet, and a Thunderbolt port for fill/key, video in and power. Direct streaming supports RTMP and SRT. The chassis measures 16.3 by 7.35 by 1.97 inches and weighs 4.09 lb, running from an external 12V supply, and it carries Blackmagic part number BMD-SWATEMMINICEXTISOG2.
