Blackmagic ATEM 4 M/E Advanced Panel 40
The ATEM 4 M/E Advanced Panel 40 is the hands-on hardware control surface for large ATEM Constellation production switchers. Four M/E rows each carry 40 input buttons, giving a dedicated tri-color LED crosspoint for every source, with 40 direct and 80 shifted crosspoints in reach. Every button labels itself on the panel's LCDs, so operators read source names rather than memorizing numbers, and four system control LCDs put menus and settings right at the fingertips.
Physical control includes four fader bars, a 3-axis joystick for DVE and camera positioning, a numeric keypad, dedicated macro buttons, and a full row of transport controls. The panel links to the switcher over 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet and provides four Ethernet loop outputs for chaining another panel or a management computer, with firmware updated over USB-C. Two internal 100-240V AC supplies give redundant power. Blackmagic renamed this product from BMD-SWPANELADV4ME to part number BMD-SWPANELADV4ME40.
