Telex PS-20 Power Supply

The PS-20 is the power heart of an RTS two-wire intercom: a slim half-rack supply that delivers 1.8 amps per channel in two-channel mode and can run a partyline of up to 25 stations. It switches between three modes, RTS 2-channel, RTS 4-channel, and Clear-Com, so one supply covers most two-wire installs and rentals without extra hardware. Two-channel program input, audio linking, and front-panel monitoring let an operator feed program audio onto the line and listen back to either channel from the desk.

The rear panel carries an XLR program input, four XLR RTS primary outputs, two 1/4-inch outputs, and rear switches for CC, RTS/2, and RTS/4 mode plus a selectable 200 or 400 ohm termination. The front panel adds an XLR monitor output, a level control, a channel selector for channel 1, channel 2, or both, and LED status indicators. It accepts 90 to 264 VAC so it travels internationally, and the chassis rack-mounts in a standard 19-inch rack.
