Tascam RC-20 Direct Play Remote Control

The RC-20 gives a rack CD player or solid-state recorder a set of physical direct-play buttons, which is what a theatre or a house of worship wants when a cue has to fire on time without menu navigation. It connects on a 2.5 mm TRS plug at the end of a 12.8 ft cable, so it reaches a desk position from a rack.

It works with the SS-CDR250N, SS-R250N, SS-R200 and SS-R100 solid-state units and with the CD-6010, CD-500 and CD-500B rackmount CD players. The panel is 8.25 inches wide and 0.78 inches deep, thin enough to sit on a lectern shelf, and weighs 13.4 oz without the cable.
