Tascam RC-3F Three-Pedal Footswitch

The RC-3F is a three-pedal footswitch for TASCAM recorders and Portastudios, used where the player needs to start, stop, loop or punch in without letting go of an instrument. Each pedal is assignable in the host device, so the same unit serves a tracking session and a live looping setup.

It connects on a 2.5 mm TRS plug at the end of a 12.8 ft cable and runs from two AA batteries, drawing 3 mW. The housing is 7.48 by 4.8 inches and weighs 1.2 lb without batteries, which is enough mass to stay put on a wooden stage floor. Two AA cells are supplied.
