Sony HDVF-L10 3.5-inch QHD LCD Viewfinder
The HDVF-L10 is a 3.5-inch colour LCD viewfinder with a round 20-pin interface that accepts QHD signals from applicable cameras. Sony lists it for the PXW-X500 shoulder camcorder. The flip mechanism is the practical part: the operator can shoot through the optical loupe as usual, or fold the eyepiece out of the way and read the LCD screen directly - useful for a low-angle shot or when checking framing from beside the camera.
It is a light, low-draw unit at about 1 lb and 3.3 W from 17 V DC, measuring 8 x 10.13 x 2.38 in. Panel brightness is typically 200 cd/m2 with a typical colour temperature of 6500K with the eyepiece attached. Operating temperature runs from 23 F to 113 F.
