Sony HDVF-EL20 0.7-inch OLED Viewfinder
The HDVF-EL20 is a 0.7-inch OLED eyepiece viewfinder measured on the diagonal of the viewable area. OLED gives it fast pixel response, so a moving subject stays clean enough to track and focus on, with the deep blacks and wide dynamic range the panel technology is known for. A specially developed optical loupe raises the eye-point, which means an operator who sits back from the eyecup still sees the whole frame.
The displayed image can be downscaled from the menu or an assignable button to avoid vignetting, and other useful functions - switching to black and white, focus magnification - can be put on the assignable buttons. It connects over the round 20-pin analog HDVF interface, so it fits a wide range of Sony bodies including the F65 digital motion picture camera, 4K and HD system cameras, and shoulder-type HD camcorders.
