Rode SM3-R On-Camera Shotgun Microphone Shock Mount

The SM3-R mounts a shotgun or small-diaphragm condenser microphone on a camera and isolates it from the body. A suspension system takes handling vibration out of the path between the camera and the capsule, and four mounting points on the cradle accommodate the range of RODE shotgun lengths.

It fits a standard cold shoe, and a 3/8-inch thread is included so the same mount transfers to a boompole or a stand rather than being stranded on the camera. An integrated cable management clip keeps the microphone lead off the lens barrel. The mount weighs 54 grams.
