Crestron AMP 4600
The Crestron AMP-4600 is a four-channel Class D power amplifier built to sit alongside the Avia family of digital signal processors in a commercial audio rack. It delivers 600 watts per channel into 4 or 8 ohm Lo-Z loads, and each channel can be reconfigured in software for Hi-Z 70V or 100V distributed lines, a stereo pair, or bridged operation for 1200 watts into 8 ohms across a channel pair. Class D output keeps the chassis to a single rack unit while holding heat and current draw down.
Balanced line-level inputs accept levels up to +24 dBu, and independent per-channel protection lets one output fold back on a fault without taking the others down. A network port opens the amplifier to configuration, level metering, and monitoring through the Avia Audio Tool software, a Crestron control system, the XiO Cloud service, or Crestron Fusion. Front rack ears and rear support brackets ship in the box for freestanding or 1U 19-inch rack mounting.
