Crestron AMP-X75 X-Series Amplifier, 75 W
The AMP-X75 is the small end of the Crestron X-Series: a two-channel amplifier at 35 W per channel into 4 or 8 ohms, or a single bridged channel at 75 W, or 75 W into a 70V or 100V distributed line. One box therefore covers a stereo pair in a small room or a run of ceiling speakers in a corridor, and the choice is made at install time rather than at order time.
Balanced and unbalanced inputs arrive on detachable terminal blocks or RCA. Class D output keeps the amplifier efficient and cool enough to stack directly against its neighbours in a rack with no ventilation gap, and a high-pass filter engages automatically in 70V and 100V operation to protect the transformer.
