Crestron AMP 8150
The Crestron AMP-8150 is an eight-channel Class D power amplifier in the Avia AMP-8000 series, sized for larger commercial rooms driven by an Avia DSP. Each channel delivers 150 watts into 4 or 8 ohm Lo-Z loads, and any channel can be reconfigured in software for Hi-Z 70V distributed speaker systems. Adjacent channel pairs run as a stereo pair under one set of controls or bridge together for a single 300 watt output into 8 ohms.
This is the North America and Japan model, running on 100-120V AC line power. A high-pass filter engages in 70V mode to protect distributed lines, and balanced inputs reach full rated output at +4 dBu. Front rack ears and rear support brackets are included for freestanding or 1U 19-inch rack mounting.
