Crestron AMP-X300 X-Series Amplifier, 300 W
The AMP-X300 is a four-channel Class D amplifier that can be reconfigured rather than replaced. Driven as four channels it delivers 75 W each; bridged down to two channels it delivers 150 W each; bridged to one it delivers 300 W. Outputs can be Lo-Z for 4 or 8 ohm speakers or Hi-Z for a 70V or 100V distributed system, so a single model covers a wall-mounted stereo amp, an under-table amp, and a rack-mounted multichannel amp.
Balanced and unbalanced inputs connect two stereo or four mono sources over detachable terminal blocks or RCA. An internal universal power supply holds performance steady across line voltages, and the convection-cooled design is high-density stackable, so several units mount vertically in a rack without extra ventilation space between them.
