Yamaha CBR Series Passive Loudspeaker
The Yamaha CBR series is a line of passive two-way loudspeakers for players and venues that already own amplification. Each bass-reflex cabinet pairs a cone woofer with a compression driver and is voiced to match Yamaha's powered ranges, so it drops into a mixed system without an obvious tonal seam. The lightweight enclosure has a pole socket and floor-monitor angle, giving one box two jobs.
Three sizes span the range: the CBR10 (10-inch, 123 dB SPL) for fills and monitors, the CBR12 (12-inch, 125 dB SPL) as a versatile main, and the CBR15 (15-inch, 126 dB SPL) for rooms that need more level and low end. All are 8-ohm designs with dual parallel jacks (1/4-inch and Speakon) for daisy-chaining, and integrated handles and M8 rigging points for stands or flying.
