Yamaha CZR Series Passive Loudspeaker

CZR is the passive sibling of the DZR powered range and shares its cabinet, horn, and transducer design. Every model uses a neodymium-magnet cone with a 3-inch voice coil and a titanium-diaphragm compression driver on a rotatable constant-directivity horn, so the same box works upright as a main or on its side as a fill without losing pattern control.

Each cabinet can be run passive on a single amplifier channel or reconfigured for bi-amp operation, which matters when a system processor is already handling crossover duties. Enclosures are plywood with a polyurea coating in black or white, fitted with aluminium die-cast handles, twin 35 mm pole sockets at 0 or -7 degrees, and M10 rigging points. Yamaha lists the UB-DZR bracket family and SPCVR-DZR covers as the matching accessories.
