Telex WP-2Wall Plate Selector Switch

The WP-2 is a metal intercom wall plate with a built-in channel selector, letting an operator pick between two intercom channels at a fixed wall position. It lands the connection on a single 3-pin male XLR, so a beltpack or headset station plugs straight into the RTS TW two-wire line, and the front-panel switch chooses channel one or channel two without touching the rack.

Like the single-channel WP-1, the WP-2 is fully passive: the selector switch simply routes the drop to one of the two channels, with nothing to power. It is the right choice where a single position needs to follow either of two conversations, such as a stage-manager corner or a control-room wall in a two-channel intercom plant.
