Datavideo VP-737 Composite Signal Repeater

The VP-737 is a two-piece extender for standard definition composite video. The transmitter takes CV in on BNC and puts it on an RJ-45; the receiver takes the CAT 5 run and gives the picture back on BNC. It is the practical answer in a building where structured cable already reaches the far wall and coax does not.

Both ends are palm-sized at 107 x 38 x 32 mm and 0.1 kg, and run on 12V DC. Video format support covers 625i PAL and 525i NTSC to SMPTE 259M, which is what analog signage, legacy cameras and older intercom video feeds still put out.
