Blackmagic UpDownCross 100G Converter

UpDownCross 100G is an 8-channel standards converter with native SMPTE-2110 connections over 100G Ethernet. It converts up to 8 separate channels of SD, HD, and Ultra HD video to any other standard at the same time, handling up conversion, down conversion, and cross conversion in a single 1 rack unit box. That makes it a workhorse for IP based production facilities that need to normalize many incoming feeds to a house standard.

The 1RU chassis uses quiet front-to-back cooling and includes redundant 100G Ethernet for SMPTE-2022-7 compliance, dual redundant AC power supplies, and a separate NMOS control port for connecting to control networks. Blackmagic part number BMD-CONVNVIPJ/STG/100G.
