Vizrt Viz Connect Audio 8-input analog-to-NDI Audio Interface
Viz Connect Audio brings mic and line-level analog sources onto an NDI network with more visibility and control than a plain converter offers. It takes 8 mono analog inputs through XLR / quarter-inch combo connectors, converts them to NDI at 48kHz in 32-bit floating point, and shares them to a TriCaster or anywhere else on the network. Each channel has its own gain, phantom power switch, and line/mic setting, so a mix of dynamic mics, condensers, and line feeds all land at the right level.
Monitoring is built in rather than bolted on: a headphone jack with Solo lets an operator listen to any single source, and LED indicators report phantom, mic/line, and solo status at a glance. A global SMPTE/EBU setting keeps reference levels consistent across a facility, four mono XLR outputs feed local gear, and everything is adjustable from the front panel or the WebUI.
