Deity D-XLR Phantom to Plug-In Power Converter

The D-XLR lets a 3.5 mm TRS microphone run from a standard XLR input. It converts 12 to 48 V phantom power down to 3 V plug-in power, which is what a passive electret capsule actually wants; feeding phantom to one directly does not work and can damage it.

Deity designed it around their V-series, where it also triggers the smart TRRS output on those microphones from a plain XLR bias. It works with the V.Lav, V-Mic D3 and V-Mic D3 Pro, and with other standard 3.5 mm TRS microphones.
