Vizrt Viz Connect Solo NDI Converter
Viz Connect Solo turns a single camera, computer or display into an NDI source or an NDI destination. Each model encodes and decodes in both directions, so the same unit that puts a camera onto the network can be moved to the far end and pulled back out to a monitor. A threaded screw camera mount and a 100 x 80 x 24 mm enclosure let it ride on the camera itself, and Power over Ethernet means one cable does video, audio, tally and power.
Three versions cover the connector you actually have. The HDMI model takes 1 x HDMI in and out with a 3.5 mm mono mic-level input and handles up to 2160p60. The 3G model uses 3G/HD/SD-SDI with a 3.5 mm line input and 16 encode channels of audio. The 12G model adds 12G-SDI and 4K, with analog stereo line level in and out, in a slightly larger 110 x 95 x 28 mm body. All three configure from a web browser and report tally over NDI.
