Tightrope CBL-LIVE-HA - Hardware Warranty for CBL-LIVE

The CBL-LIVE-HA is the annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast CBL-LIVE live streaming server. It extends the coverage that keeps the appliance repaired or replaced under warranty, so a station relying on the server for live meeting streams is not left without a path to service if hardware fails.

The first three years of assurance are included with the purchase of the server. Coverage can be extended up to a total of five years, with years four and five sold as this annual contract. Those additional years must be purchased before the existing warranty expires, and they carry a 25 percent discount when bought together with the initial system purchase rather than added later.
