Tightrope Hardware Assurance for CBL-VIO Lite CG Only

The CBL-VIOLITE-CG-HA is an annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast VIO Lite CG server. It covers the appliance's hardware against failure so a station's channel-branding and playout engine can be repaired or replaced without a separate service negotiation. The first three years of coverage are included with a new VIO Lite CG purchase.

Coverage can be extended to a total of five years by purchasing years four and five, which must be bought before the existing warranty lapses. Buying those extension years together with the initial system earns a 25 percent discount. This is a service contract for existing VIO Lite CG hardware, not a standalone product.
