Tightrope Hardware Assurance for CBL-VIOLITE-OMNI

This is the annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast CBL-VIOLITE-OMNI video server. It extends the manufacturer coverage that keeps the appliance repaired or replaced under warranty, so a station running the server for automation, playout and streaming keeps a clear path to service if hardware fails.

The first three years of assurance are included with the purchase of the server. Coverage can be extended up to a total of five years, with years four and five sold as this annual contract. Those additional years must be purchased before the existing warranty expires, and they carry a 25 percent discount when bought together with the initial system rather than added later.
