Cablecast CBL-VIO4-HA Hardware Assurance

This is the annual Hardware Assurance contract for the Cablecast VIO 4, the four-channel video server with up to two encode channels, 10TB of RAID5 storage, and redundant power. Hardware Assurance extends the server's hardware warranty and gives its repairs priority, so a failed unit is serviced under coverage rather than leaving the station's playout channels dark at its own expense.

The contract covers one CBL-VIO4-800 and is billed annually. It adds no hardware itself; it keeps a high-channel-count video server supported past its standard factory warranty so the station's playout stays protected.
