Telex BP5000 Two-Channel Universal Beltpack
The BP5000 is a two-channel universal beltpack that fits any of the common two-wire party lines. Plug it into an RTS, Audiocom, or Clear-Com system and it reads the wiring scheme and configures itself for that format automatically, so one pack in the kit works across whatever intercom a crew shows up to. Enhanced talk-button control and a remote mic-kill function let any user instantly mute an open mic anywhere on the line, and voice prompts walk the operator through the programming menus.
This is the A4F version, terminated in a 4-pin female XLR headset connector, and it supports both dynamic and electret headset microphones. A 3-pin male/female XLR loop-through daisy-chains the next pack, and its low power draw means up to 40 packs can run off a single PS-20 supply. Telex part number F.01U.316.796.
