Telex ICW-6 Window Intercom

The ICW-6 is a window-mountable, full-duplex security intercom for ticket booths, bank counters, and any position where staff and public are separated by glass. Enhanced VOX and true full-duplex audio let both people talk at once without the clipping and dropouts of push-to-talk, and audio-shaping circuitry keeps voices intelligible through the barrier. The housing is molded from high-strength polycarbonate fiber resin to survive constant public-facing use.

It works in two hands-free modes: a gooseneck microphone and speaker for an open counter, or a headset for privacy and lower ambient noise in a shared room. Internal and external 2-watt speakers each deliver 100 dB SPL at one foot. The unit requires an optional headset or boom microphone to operate and mounts through a single 2.5-inch hole or four smaller holes.
