Tascam Model 24 Live Recorder / Mixing Console

The Model 24 tops Tascam's Model series with a 22-channel mixer, 20 balanced XLR inputs across 12 mono and 4 stereo channels, and 16 built-in microphone preamps, all recording to a 24-track WAV/BWF session on SD, SDHC, or SDXC card at 48kHz/24-bit. Channels 1-12 carry 3-band sweepable-mid EQ and a 100kHz low-cut filter, and a 7-band graphic EQ plus 16 preset effects handle the master mix without outboard processors.

100mm faders give the console real mixing feel rather than a small-format compromise, and it doubles as a 24-in/22-out USB 2.0 interface for tracking straight into a DAW. Bluetooth 4.2 brings in a wireless source, and separate sub outputs (XLR/RCA), three aux sends, and a stereo control-room output keep monitoring and recording feeds independent from the main mix.
