Sennheiser ME 9005 Supercardioid Capsule

The ME 9005 is the supercardioid capsule for Sennheiser's 9000-series handheld transmitters, the pick when the handheld has to work in front of a loud monitor wedge. The tight pattern rejects what is off to the sides and behind, which is where a stage monitor usually lives.

It is a condenser running 40 Hz to 20 kHz at 2.0 mV/Pa free-field sensitivity, in a 47 mm head that weighs 150 g.
