Sennheiser MME 865-1 BK Condenser Supercardioid Microphone Capsule
The MME 865-1 BK is the supercardioid condenser capsule head from Sennheiser's e 865, sold on its own so you can match a wireless handheld transmitter to a bright, detailed vocal sound. It threads onto the transmitter body in place of a dynamic head, turning the handheld into a condenser mic with the extended top end and quick transient response a stage vocalist or presenter wants. The supercardioid pattern tightens the pickup for better gain-before-feedback on a loud stage.
It uses a pre-polarized condenser element with a supercardioid pattern, a 40 to 20,000 Hz response, and handles up to 152 dB SPL. The black head is compatible with Sennheiser handheld transmitters across the ew G3, ew G4, D1, AVX, SpeechLine Digital Wireless, and 2000 series.
