MuxLab 500536 USB-C 3.2 Gen1 Dual HDMI Extender Kit, 100m

The 500536 kit extends USB 3.2 Gen1 at up to 5Gbps across 328ft (100m) of Cat6a, and carries video too: built-in DisplayLink technology drives dual HDMI outputs at the receiver at up to 4K at 60Hz. The transmitter offers two selectable USB-C host ports plus three local ports, FSYNC GPIO, and RS232 pass-through.

Two selectable hosts means two laptops can share one remote workstation without re-plugging. Because video rides the USB link, one cable covers displays, keyboard, mouse, camera, and audio, which is the practical difference from a separate KVM plus extender.
