MuxLab 500464 HDMI 2.0 Fiber Extender Kit

The 500464-V2 transmits 4K (4096 x 2160) video at 60Hz up to 3300ft (1000m) over OM4 multimode fibre with no scaling and no data compression applied to the signal. Total throughput is 18Gbps, 6Gbps per lane.

It supports HDMI 2.0 with CEC, ARC, EDID handling, and HDCP 1.4 and 2.2, plus HDR formats including HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG. Sending the signal untouched matters where the display is the reference and any re-encoding would be visible.
