MuxLab 500087 Digital Audio Standards Converter

The 500087 converts optical TOSlink to coaxial S/PDIF and coaxial S/PDIF to optical TOSlink, whichever direction the install needs. Both outputs are active regardless of which input is in use, so one unit can feed two downstream devices.

It passes two channels of uncompressed lossless PCM or a compressed 5.1/7.1 bitstream, at sample rates up to 96kHz and 24-bit. Inputs are one digital coax RCA and one optical TOSlink. It is the simple fix when a source and an amplifier disagree only about connector type.
