MuxLab 500080 Digital Audio Converter (DAC)

The 500080 takes one LPCM-encoded digital audio feed, from either a coaxial S/PDIF or an optical TOSlink input, and converts it to a standard left and right analog RCA output. That gets a Blu-ray player, games console, or CD player with digital-only outputs into an amplifier or TV that expects analog.

Sample rate is supported to 96kHz at 24-bit on both channels. A switch on the unit selects between the S/PDIF and TOSlink inputs, and a 1m optical cable is included. For Dolby Digital and DTS sources that need decoding rather than straight conversion, use the 500088.
