Yamaha MG06 6-Channel Mixing Console
The Yamaha MG06 is a compact 6-channel analog mixer for a small stage, podcast desk, or rehearsal room. It offers up to 2 mic and 6 line inputs (2 mono plus 2 stereo channels) through Yamaha's D-PRE discrete Class-A microphone preamps, which stay clean and quiet from the noise floor up to loud sources. Rotary level controls and a metal chassis keep it small and roadworthy.
The mono channels carry a high-pass filter and a one-knob compressor to tame vocals and dynamic sources without an outboard rack. The MG06X version adds Yamaha's SPX digital effects engine with reverb, delay, and chorus programs for adding space to vocals live. Both run on an external supply and fit easily into a backpack or a small case.
