The BLX288/B58 puts two handheld wireless channels on one desktop, each transmitter fitted with a Beta 58A supercardioid dynamic capsule. The Beta 58A is a road-proven vocal head with a tight pattern that pulls the singer forward and shrugs off stage bleed and feedback, which makes this set a straightforward answer for a duo, a host-and-guest pairing, or a house of worship needing two mics that just work. It is an analog UHF system, with up to 12 systems able to run in a single frequency band.

The BLX88 dual-channel receiver monitors both channels from a tabletop footprint, while each BLX2/B58 handheld runs up to 14 hours on a pair of AA batteries with range to 300 ft. The box includes the BLX88 receiver, two BLX2/B58 handheld transmitters, two microphone clips, a PS23US power supply, and four AA batteries.
